Q: I haven’t received my reward email with me unique claim code or have lost the reward claim code emailed to me by JAECOO.

A: Please contact XXX@XXX and they will revert back within 3 working days to assist you.

Q: It is not allowing me to claim my next weekly Costa eGift card?

A: This more than likely means you have already claimed your voucher this week. Please note that a new week starts from 5am each Monday. For example, if you claim an eGift card on Weds 3rd Dec 2025, you can then claim your next eGift card from Mon 8th Dec – Sun 14th Dec 2025.

Alternatively, please email the reward team at hello@jaecooreward.co.uk who will check your status and revert back to you within 3 working days.

Q:
 I have claimed my weekly eGift card this week but have now misplaced it.

A:
 Please email hello@jaecooreward.co.uk advising of your registered email address. We will check your claim and revert back within 3 working days with an outcome.

Q:
 My unique claim code didn't work when I tried to claim my first Costa eGift card.

A:
 Please email hello@jaecooreward.co.ukadvising of your registered email address. We will check your claim and revert back within 3 working days with an outcome.

Q:
 My £3.85 Costa eGift card was not accepted when I attempted to use it at my chosen Costa Coffee outlet.

A:
 Please ensure you haven’t already used the eGift card. If your purchase is greater than £3.85 you will need to make the difference using another payment method.
eGift cards are valid at participating Costa Coffee stores and are subject to Costa Coffee’s standard terms and conditions, see https://gifting.costa.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. eGift cards will be valid for a minimum of 12 months from date of successful claim.
